The main company of was established in 1954, when it opened its first Real Estate office in Paddington. We subsequently opened a total of five offices, including our City office from which the Company conducted its operations for a period of over 45 years. We are pleased to add this service to all a current clients and hope to forge ahead helping others become happy satisfied clients.

During those years we have experienced the peaks and troughs of the Real Estate Market, firstly under the Management of Steve Paridis, and currently under the Management of Steve’s son Robert Paridis and throughout, have built a reputation of the highest integrity and professionalism.

Experience

With over 16 years experience in the Real Estate market I see this next step a natural progression for this extra service to Paridis & Partners Real Estate. In the past 16 years having dealt with residential units and houses for individuals, through to major residential, commercial, industrial properties and Developers.

Residential Valuation Fee

Valuation Sydney Metro from $500.00 Plus GST outside of Metro Area $700.00 plus GST up to $1,000,000. 

Valuation Sydney From $1,000,000 to $3,000,000 from $800.00 Plus GST. 

Valuation Above $3,000,000 Fee from $1000.00 Plus GST

Commercial Valuation Fee 

Valuation Fee Starting from $1500.00 Plus GST,  property must be inspected and a fee will be confirmed in writing.
